During August visitors from all over the world and also from all over Ireland come to see The Rose of Tralee International Festival.

This International Festival is very popular as it attracts over 100,000 visitors each year. This year (2010) Clare Kambamettu from London UK was crowned the Rose of Tralee. The Rose selection is shown live on Irish television and also on the Internet which is watched by families worldwide.

Over the five-day festival, street entertainment is provided all day and night and many events are also included such as the Rose Parade.
